Our products are made from sorghum and pea protein entirely from Lombardy, milled and processed in Lombardy.

All naturally gluten free.

Periodically Kentool flour are analyzed to control absence of gluten possibly resulting from cross-contamination: thanks to this practice the procedure for the inclusion of our sorghum flour in the Prontuario AIC was completed in 2015.
